There are many different reasons for practicing yoga. Maybe you’d like to become more flexible, enhance your physical endurance, or simply improve your overall health. Perhaps you injured yourself and would like to get back to your full range of motion and strength. You may feel stressed and would like to use movement to find stillness in your mind. Or you’d like to create a deeper self-awareness and use your body to go inside.
Whatever your reason is, I’d be happy to guide you along the way to a healthier, happier and calmer self. Anyone who can breath can practice yoga. Read here how I found yoga and why I practice it.
I offer yoga in various formats, and at all levels: private yoga in New Jersey, group yoga classes, workshops, teacher trainings, and yoga retreats. You can you can read more about it here below. Feel free to contact me to learn which practice would serve you most.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, private yoga sessions are the optimal way to establish a solid relationship with your own body and breath. During a private session I generally use one – or a combination – of the following methods:
Private yoga sessions are held at my home studio in Manasquan (NJ) or in the privacy of your own home*
