with Marije E. Paternotte

You are invited to dive deep into your body. The practice of Yin Yoga has a profound effect on our physical, mental and energetic body, yet is often misunderstood and underestimated by practitioners and yoga teachers alike. In this Yin Yoga Teacher Training you will learn and explore the basic principles of Yin Yoga and how to teach this practice effectively and safely.

Marije is an experienced Insight Yoga teacher, endorsed by Sarah and Ty Powers’ Insight Yoga Institute. This training is based on what Marije has learned during her many years of studying with renowned teachers, and her own experience as a dedicated practitioner.
